Low Wit Messages
The messages under your intelligence statements directly correspond to your
bases. This chart identifies the bases corresponding to low wit/low base
warriors. The messages will be in the standard order (INI/RIP/ATT/PAR/DEF).
There is no message for Decise. This chart converts messages to bases for
the low end of the chart (3-7 wit).

4-6 Initiative - "he is unconcerned with controlling the fight"
< 4 Initiative - "rarely considers how to gain the initiative"
4-6 Riposte - "the more subtle points of the riposte simply escape him"
